Harvey Sweeps Lawrenceburg

JUNE 5 & 6, 2009 AMSA MINI SPRINTS

Don Harvey wins both nights heats and feature races. Don came from New York just to race on the famous Lawrenceburg Speedway and race along with the World of Outlaws.

Feature 22 Mini Sprints did battle in the 20 lap event. The Feature race had lots of excitement. Battling nose to nose throughout the race, Scott Fasse of car 8F held the lead for 8 laps and car 22 of Ryan Broughton held the lead for 5 laps.


Don Harvey driver of car 44 was waiting to take the lead, on lap 13 he got the job done, but, a yellow flag came out and he was placed back in the second place for the restart. As the green flag drop car 44 wasted on time and took the lead again on the 14th lap and was able to hold it and take the checkered flag.

Hard charger went to Sam Ashworth and he received $50 from Roberts Auto Transport.
